Sitecore – Humour-Driven Digital
Awareness Campaign

In collaboration with Sitecore, a leading content management software provider, we developed a light-hearted digital campaign designed to engage both existing clients and new prospects in an industry known for technical language and conservative tone. The objective: break through the noise and humanise the brand through humour and personality-led creative.

My contributions
- Co-led the creative strategy and design execution across social media and digital display networks, anchoring the campaign in witty, tongue-in-cheek messaging that poked fun at common CX pain points.
- Developed visual concepts and asset variations tailored to each platform—ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and brand alignment across paid and organic content.
- Worked closely with Sitecore’s marketing and sales teams to integrate campaign elements into broader nurture flows and lead gen activities.

Challenges
- Striking the right balance between playful and professional to maintain credibility while injecting personality.
- Gaining stakeholder buy-in for a creative direction that departed from traditional B2B tech tone.
- Adapting content across multiple digital environments, each with its own constraints and audience expectations.

Outcomes
- Delivered a cohesive, multi-channel campaign that significantly outperformed previous engagement benchmarks.
